Continental CDP (Chef de Partie)

Hiring for Continental CDP (Chef de Partie) positions in Oman. Candidates should have relevant Continental cuisine experience and mandatory Gulf experience. Hindi-speaking candidates are acceptable, provided they have the required Gulf experience.

Prepare and cook Continental cuisine according to established recipes and standards. Manage the assigned section of the kitchen efficiently. Ensure proper food preparation, portioning and presentation. Maintain food quality and consistency. Follow food safety and hygiene standards. Coordinate with other kitchen team members during service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation. Monitor ingredients and minimize food wastage. Assist senior chefs with daily kitchen operations. Ensure timely preparation and service of dishes.

Previous experience as a Continental CDP / Chef de Partie. Gulf experience is mandatory. Good knowledge of Continental cuisine. Ability to work efficiently in a professional kitchen environment. Hindi-speaking candidates are acceptable. Good teamwork and communication skills. Ability to follow kitchen hygiene and safety standards.
