JOB DESCRIPTION

I.K Manpower International is hiring Baristas for Bosnia. This is an excellent opportunity for hospitality professionals looking to build their career in Europe. The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing quality coffee and beverages while maintaining excellent service and hygiene standards. Duty: 8 Hours Age: 27–40 Years Food: 1 Time Daily Meal

RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare and serve coffee, tea and other beverages. Operate and maintain coffee machines and bar equipment. Ensure consistent beverage quality and presentation. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work area. Take customer orders and provide friendly service. Follow food safety and hygiene standards. Manage basic stock and beverage supplies.

REQUIREMENTS

Previous Barista or hospitality experience preferred. Good knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage service. Good communication and customer-service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Must be within the age range of 27–40 years. Willingness to work in Bosnia. Relevant hospitality qualification/training will be an advantage.
